The winds will increase today…becoming Gusty. Sustained winds will hover around 15 mph with gusts of 20-30 mph throughout the day. It’s a great idea to secure loose items outside on your property…or bring them inside. If you plan to put up Christmas decorations today, then be ready to battle with the wind. Otherwise, it’ll be a sunnier day (especially this afternoon) with warmer temps in the low 50s. It’ll be even warmer tomorrow (Thursday) with highs in the Mid-Upper 50s and increasing clouds. The next rain maker moves in on Friday morning, bringing scattered showers to the area affiliated with a cold front that’ll cross Friday morning. In the wake of the front, it cools down with Highs back to around 50° for Friday afternoon. Expect sub-freezing temps by Saturday morning.
Generally, your weekend looks good for outdoor plans with seasonable Highs on Saturday…and low-mid 50s on Sunday. More showers sneak in by Sunday night into Monday. We’ll monitoring Tuesday into Wednesday for possible wintry weather… stay tuned.
