As we ring in 2020 it will be mostly cloudy, blustery at times, and cold with temperatures in the 30s. With the wind, it will feel like the 20s at times so bundle up!
New Year’s Day will feature sunshine with temperatures in upper 40s to low 50s. Clouds will once again arrive on Thursday with rain showers developing. Daytime highs will reach the low 50s. Rain will continue into Friday as well with flooding possible after the heavy rain we just had last Sunday. It will be milder on Friday with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s. 1″ to 2″ of rain is expected.
An upper level low will rotate overhead on Saturday and that brings colder temperatures with the showers changing over to snow showers. A light accumulation, mainly on grassy areas, is possible at this time. Highs will top out in the upper 30s to near 40.
Sunday into early next week will be in the 40s with another chance of rain on Tuesday.
