Rain showers will stick around through the overnight hours with lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s. An upper level disturbance will drift over the region Saturday, which will lead to light rain showers with a few snow showers mixing in later in the day, especially along and east of I-65. With surface temperatures above freezing throughout the day, no problems are expected on the roadways.
It will be dry Sunday and Monday with highs near 50 degrees. Another system will move in on Tuesday, which could bring a few rain and snow showers to the area. A much more potent system will arrive late in the week, although this one will come with warmer air. Moderate to heavy rain will be possible as we head into next weekend.
