Tonight will be clear and seasonably cold with lows in the low 30s.
The sun will stick around into Wednesday with highs in the upper 30s in far northern Kentucky to the low 50s southwest. Clouds build in on Thursday, but it will be milder with highs in the 50s. Rain develops late Thursday night into Friday and continues, heavy at times, into Saturday. The highest rainfall totals will be found along the Ohio River and western Kentucky where 1″ to 3″ of rain is expected. Locally higher amounts are also possible with rising creeks, streams and rivers expected.
Sunday will be cooler and mostly cloudy before more rain is possible by Tuesday.
