High pressure is working in behind a cold front, keeping our skies clear and lightening up our winds compared to yesterday. Temperatures will be the coolest in northern Kentucky where highs will only reach the mid to upper 30s in places around Covington. Elsewhere, we’ll warm into the 40s and low 50s.
Tonight, skies remain clear until the early morning hours tomorrow. Then, high clouds will gradually increase throughout Thursday. It will be milder tomorrow as highs will be in the 50s for all and close to 60 near the Tennessee state line.
Chances for rain will arrive late Thursday night, mainly for our western and northwestern counties. Showers will become likely for most through Friday as temperatures soar into the upper 50s to mid-60s.
