Man arrested for murdering roommate in Bardstown, police say


BARDSTOWN, Ky. — BARDSTOWN, Ky. (WHAS11) – A man is behind bars after allegedly revealing to police that he killed his roommate.
Bardstown Police responded to the area of Stephen Foster Avenue for a trespasser around 6:25 a.m. Tuesday.
When officers arrived, they encountered 52-year-old Joseph Cahoe, who told them he killed his roommate at a home in the 500 block of North Second Street.
Police went to that address and found a man dead.
Cahoe is facing murder charges.
The victim has not yet been identified.
