The start of the weekend will be fairly nice for early April. Temperatures will reach the upper 60s to lower 70s for most of the Commonwealth. A mix of sun and clouds is expected, with the most cloud cover in the western half of Kentucky. A cold front will be pushing into western areas later in the afternoon and may produce a small isolated light shower. Most will stay dry, however.
Tonight, the chance for spotty showers will remain as skies stay mostly cloudy. Lows will be in the upper 40s to lower 50s.
For the second half of the weekend, a few light showers may be possible again. Otherwise, skies will be mostly cloudy and temperatures will be cooler, topping out in the lower to middle 60s for the majority of Kentucky.
