Clouds are back for Sunday, but don’t worry, they won’t stick around for long. We’ll be mostly cloudy with high temperatures in the upper 50s to lower 60s and a south wind around 5-10 miles per hour. Showers will be sparse and we’ll largely stay dry, but a couple pop-ups can’t be ignored. Communities south of Louisville closer to the Tennessee border have a better opportunity for shower activity this evening and tonight.
Speaking of tonight, clouds slowly decrease and we cool to the lower 40s again with a north-northeast breeze around 5 miles per hour. The new week will start off very nice! Monday brings mostly sunny conditions and highs in the middle 60s. A few passing showers are expected Monday night, but a lot of people will again stay dry.
We slightly cool Tuesday into the lower 60s, but it will still be a sunny day. Mostly sunny/partly cloudy conditions Wednesday. Showers and thunderstorms are likely Thursday, but severe weather is not expected at this time. Scattered showers are also possible to close the week and enter the weekend.
TODAY: Mostly cloudy with a couple showers. High: 61. Wind: S 5-10 mph.
TONIGHT: Decreasing clouds. Low: 43. Wind: NNE 5 mph.
TOMORROW: Sunshine comes back! High: 65. Wind: Light northwest.
