A break between rainy systems will give us dry skies today

After a very soggy Thursday, we’re in for a pretty pleasant Friday with dry conditions and even a bit of sunshine by this afternoon. Temps in the 50s this morning will rise into the upper 60s and low 70s this afternoon under partly cloudy conditions. Tonight should be a nice night to enjoy some time outside – social distancing of course – maybe sitting outside on the front or back porch enjoying the mild temps.
Tomorrow our next low pressure system begins to move in. Rain will likely hold off through mid-morning, but then showers and storms will be with us for most of Saturday. As the low pressure area moves eastward on Sunday, it will bring a chance for rain through the first half of the day. We’ll be drier by Sunday afternoon and evening and those dry conditions will last into Monday.
Our next wet weather system will come in the form of a cold front late Tuesday into Wednesday, but even though it is a cold front, our temps should stay seasonably mild through all of next week.
