Cool Tuesday ahead, but a warm up is coming soon!

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Temps in the 30s and mostly cloudy skies to get our Tuesday started. We’re in for another cooler than average day with highs in the mid 40s this afternoon.

Above average temps arrive tomorrow and will last through the end of the week until an area of low pressure and trailing cold front move in Friday night into early Saturday and brings us some rain chances.

Rain will be off and on throughout Saturday as temps fall behind the front. Any lingering moisture leftover into Sunday could fall as a wintry mix early in the day. Cooler temps will be with us behind this front and last into early next week.

FORECAST:

TUESDAY: Partly sunny and chilly. High: 46°. Wind: SW 5-10 mph.

WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny and a bit warmer. High: 56°. Wind: SW 5-10 mph.
